It is equipped with an integrated active edge probe, which can be efficiently tested by inserting a multi-needle probe into the chip. The equipment can detect 3x3mil-120x120mil chip, standard 4-inch compatible 6-inch chip disk, with self-developed tester, ESD tester and imported precision screw guide rail, stable operation.
