         六面美观测试机是由2025世俱杯官网独立自主研发培训的适用LED、压制元电子部件等其细则好货品美观异常现象测试的自然化主设备。该机器采用了运行操控采样卡，由振动幅度大盘根据引领块使的文件整齐划一的顺序排列到高透安全玻璃转盘上，并匀速直线根据6个飞速摄影机进行好货品6个面的画面照片采样，选用深浅学习知识及AI神经网络算法将OK和NG的文件认别的分类，末尾由飞速磁感应阀吹到相关联的收料盒进行全自然论文测试试。         The machine adopts motion control acquisition card, through the vibration disk through the guide block to make the material orderly arranged on the high-permeability glass turntable, and through the 6 high-speed cameras at a constant speed to take pictures of the 6 faces of the product, the use of deep learning and AI algorithm to identify and classify OK and NG materials, and finally blow through the high-speed solenoid valve to the corresponding receiving box to complete automatic inspection.
